What are your Shipping rates?

special delivery guaranteed 9am or 10m delivery

What is your returns policy?

Jolly’s and co is not responsible for any damaged occur after you have received and inspected your delivery. You must report any damaged caused in transit within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. This must be submitted in writing via email with photographic evidence including photos of the packaging and the state in which it arrived.

If damage isn’t visible via a photograph, we will arrange collection and inspect ourselves before issuing a refund or replacement if the product is faulty.

We will not exchange or refund items based on colour or fragrance as all our products are handmade so you must allow for some variation.

Please check all products for allergens before purchasing as we will not issue refunds due to this.

Jolly’s and co will only exchange or refund items ordered through our website, not from third parties.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed, please do so within 24 hours via email or phone with your order number.

When will you ship my product?

We aim to ship as soon as possible but if a product is out of stock or on back order we will send your products as soon as the last item is ready to go. We will always keep you updated and will aim to have any order sent out no later than 5 days after ordering.

Do you offer international shipping

Unfortunately we don’t at the moment but hopefully in the future.
